There are two options -
- Pay per search, or a monthly subscription. When paying per search, the cost is $2.00 per search.
- If you pay for an Enhanced subscription, 35 searches are included ($1.42 per search), with all searches thereafter costing $1.30/ea. You also get the ability to add team members as an Enhanced subscriber.
No. We do not. We do not believe in charging for results that have no data returned.
Enhanced subscribers get access to Teams. This feature is useful for companies that have multiple employees that you would like to have share a single billing object. When a team member performs a search, those searches are available for all team members to see at no additional cost. Search history is attached to the company, not the user. This can help save time and money when multiple inspectors, insurance agents, etc... need access to shared information.
There are three options for downloading your permits - PDF, Public URL, or CSV. By uploading your company logo and other relevant information, the PDF and public web portal versions of your reports are branded to contain your company information.
