COVINGTON, Ky. (Aug. 27, 2024) -- Inspector Network is pleased to launch Permit Hunt - A new platform for researching building permits. Permit Hunt is designed to simplify the permit research process for everyone, from independent inspectors to large multi-inspector firms that require centralized billing across multiple users.

Permit Hunt allows for full branding of generated reports, including company name, logo, phone number, website, and address. All generated reports are permanently available and do not expire. If Permit Hunt is unable to obtain permit records and the address is located in Florida, we will tell the user which building authority holds the permits and provide the relevant building department contact information. Permit Hunt does not bill unless you are successfully presented with permit records.

Beginning on Sep. 1, 2024, for Florida Wind Mitigation inspectors, Permit Hunt will include an advanced system for measuring roofs via satelite images, field tested to within 0.5% accuracy when images of the roof are unimpeded.

Permit Hunt bills per-search. InterNACHI Members are receiving an exclusive $1.50 per search price. Existing users that are also InterNACHI Members that have been testing the platform will be transitioned to the new discounted price on Aug. 27, 2024. Bulk discounts and monthly subscription options are also available.
